Accessible toilets are located within the main Festival precinct and at The Queenscliff Town Hall.
Also at The Hub (49 Hesse Street) part of the Visitor Information Centre, in the main street of Queenscliff, close to external venues.

Accessible Parking:

There is designated accessible parking on Gellibrand St. Head north on Gellibrand St off King St. Show your parking permit to the Traffic Management officer at the roadblock to access the parking area. There are also accessible car parks throughout the town, including the main street (Hesse St), that are close to festival street venues.

Are located in the Couta Quarter area.

Auslan Interpreter:

There will be an Auslan Stage Left Interpreter at advertised performances on the Lighthouse Stage.

Customer Service:

We have two main customer service hubs at the festival to assist you. One is located just outside the main entrance to the festival, the second is located just inside the festival grounds.

Scooters and Electric Wheelchairs:

Mobility devices are welcome on festival grounds. We have limited charging stations available.

COMPANION CARD

Queenscliff Music Festival supports Companion Card. Where a cardholder has purchased a festival ticket, they will have to show their companion card at the Ticket Exchange tent. They will then be given a second wristband matching their ticket for their companion.

Further information about Companion Card can be found at www.companioncard.org.au or telephone the Companion Card Information Line on 1800 650 611.

ASSISTANCE ANIMALS

Assistance animals are welcome, including Guide Dogs, Seeing Eye Dogs, Lions Hearing Dogs, Autism Assistance Dogs and Physical Disability Service Dogs. The animals should be wearing a harness, lead or a coat identifying them as assistance animals.

If an attending patron requires an assistance animal, please show the animal’s registration at the Ticket Exchange marquee. Once verified, you will be given an approved Queenscliff Music Festival pass to hold onto for the duration of the festival. This permits your animal to be on festival grounds.

Companion Dogs:

Also known as Emotional Support Dogs. As companion dogs do not have public access rights, they are not permitted on festival grounds.
